Robert L. (Bob) Hamilton, Esq., who served as F. A. C. E.'s legal counsel and also as a course developer (Legal Aspects, Legal Issues) and instructor for many years lost his battle with cancer on June 23, 2021. Bob served in the military, as a police officer, and as a Judge for the City of Orlando, where he earned the nickname "Hangman". Along with donating his time to F. A. C. E. he also served as an adjunct professor for Columbia University and worked tirelessly for the Orlando Science Center.
At his request no service will be held nor an obituary published. Mrs. Hamilton is recovering from her own health issues with the help of her sons and her 15-year old dachshund.
F. A. C. E. honored Bob at the 2016 Conference when he retired (for the fourth time!) by naming a star after him. In remembrance, F. A. C. E. will plant a grove of trees as a living tribute.
