As you well know by now, Florida is forecasted to receive some tropical weather next week. Our office has been closely monitoring the situation. We understand many of you will be traveling away from home to DeLand for the start of class on Monday and we want you to have a clear answer before you leave your offices this afternoon. As you know, it’s too early to know for sure what impacts this storm will have on the state

We understand the incredible time and financial investment attending a FACE class and haven’t made this decision lightly. Out of an abundance of caution and concern for everyone’s safety and wellbeing, our office has made the decision to POSTPONE the Legal Issues in Code Enforcement Class set to begin this Monday, 9/26 in Deland, FL.

We will work to reschedule this course as soon as possible. Our goal is to get new dates before the end of 2022. We will work with those of you who cannot attend the rescheduled date on a case by case basis.
