To Get Started:

If You Had a Member Account on face-online.org Previously:

 

Your USERNAME on the Conference Website is the same EMAIL ADDRESS that you use to log into the face-online.org membership portal.

Your PASSWORD has not been transferred for security reasons. 

 

 

Please follow the simple instructions below to request a new password:

1) Click on "Sign In" on the top of your screen.  On the next page, click on "Forgot Password?" and enter your F.A.C.E. Member Account EMAIL ADDRESS as your USERNAME.

2) Follow the instructions in the email to set your new password.

3) Log in to the new F.A.C.E. Website using your Email as your Username and your new password.  

Note: If you do not receive a password request email, please contact [email protected].  Please ensure that you are using the same email address that you used to log into face-online.org previously. 

 

If You Have an Agency Account on face-online.org:

Your agency administrator account has been transferred.  You will now log into the same portal as the members.  Please view the same instructions above in order to reset your password.

Specific instructions for Agency Administrators to pay dues and manage their organization will be forthcoming.

If you do not have an agency account, or need to transfer administrative rights of your agency to another person, please email [email protected].

FAQ:

1)    Why doesn’t my normal face-online.org password work?

For security reasons, we are unable to transfer your password to this new system.
