In an effort to simplify the recertification process for all members and align the recertification deadline with the membership period, the F.A.C.E. Board of Directors has moved all recertification deadlines to October 1. The year of your recertification deadline (2022, 2023, or 2024) will depend on your previous recertification period. The Florida Association of Code Enforcement is the premier organization devoted to providing exceptional, cutting-edge training for the advancement of code enforcement. We are dedicated to promoting the safety, personal awareness, education, advocacy, and recognition of code enforcement personnel throughout the state.

The Florida Association of Code Enforcement, Inc. (F. A. C. E.) is a non-profit member-driven organization, established in 1989, and currently serves almost 2,200 Members. Our members include professionals involved in the enforcement of health, safety, and environmental regulations or otherwise responsible for the enforcement of municipal, county, regional, state, or federal codes in the State of Florida.

F.A.C.E. Certification

The Florida Association of Code Enforcement (F.A.C.E.) was established to study and advance the science and practice of code enforcement statewide through training, certification and the exchange of ideas, information and techniques. In cooperation with the John Scott Dailey Florida Institute of Government, F.A.C.E. has developed a comprehensive professional development program consisting of four certifications.
