A message from the Chair...
I am beyond pleasantly pleased with the Certification Committee for this year. We already have a number of issues to address, including Code Enforcement Professional topic submissions and Continuing Education Hour approvals. The first full board meeting is on August 8th & 9th and the committee will meet soon after that to discuss those issues. At that time, we will be scheduling time to review the material for the Legal Issues in Code Enforcement certification class and exam. Our mission for the year will be to complete that review and update the material with any needed changes.
In the meantime, I encourage and challenge each of you to obtain all the certifications that F.A.C.E. has to offer and consider enrolling in the next Train the Trainer course. We are always looking for certified F.A.C.E. trainers to increase the number and diversity of high caliber instructors shaping the knowledge of our valued membership. Keep an eye out for the next scheduled class and jump right in.
Please feel free to email me directly at any time during the year with any questions; SVPresident@FACE-online.org. Thank you, Mitch Posner
