**Full Conference Registration Fees:
Full conference registration includes all course materials, three breakfasts (June 12-14, 2019), refreshment breaks, a reception on Tuesday, June 11, 2019, lunch on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, and dinner on Thursday, June 13, 2019.
Individual Day Registration Fees:
Individual day registration includes all breaks and meals offered on that day EXCEPT the Member's Reception and dinner on Thursday night.
You may transfer your registration to another person without fee or penalty. Please email us the names of the cancelled registrant and the new attendee at firstname.lastname@example.org and submit a new online registration for the new attendee. If you cancel your registration by May 24, 2019, we will refund the fee paid less a $100 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after May 24, 2019.
Guest Dinner Tickets:
You may purchase an additional dinner ticket at $75.00 each for any guest joining you for Thursday night's Banquet. The full conference registration includes dinner for one on Thursday night.
