Tampa Bay Association of Code Enforcement
Mark Runnals, President
TBACE meetings are held the first Tuesday of even-numbered months; location varies. We are still looking for locations for our TBACE meetings beginning February 2017. Please consider having your municipality host one of these meetings. If the cost of a light lunch is an issue for your agency TBACE can help with the cost.
WHEN: October 3, 2017 - Light lunch at 11:30am, Meeting at Noon - If you would like, you may bring a dessert to share.
WHERE: City of Oldsmar Public Library, 400 St. Petersburg Dr. East, Oldsmar
TOPIC: Landlord Tenant Rights presented by Anna Marie Millett, Pinellas County Investigator & Outreach Coordinator
Membership Dues Due at October Meeting
***REMINDER: Please remember that only paid members will receive Continuing Education Units for attending the meetings. We have two sign in sheets at the meetings. If you are not listed on the sign in sheet for paid members be sure to check with our treasurer to make sure your dues are current. The second sign in sheet will be for guests and unpaid members. ***
Host a Meeting: We are currently looking for host locations for June 2018 and August 2018. Help make the board’s job easier by offering to host a meeting well in advance and we will find a speaker to fill that slot. If you are interested in hosting a meeting or have recommendations for speakers please contact Diane Devol with this information.
Future Meeting Dates and Topics:
To join or renew your membership with TBACE, please submit this TBACE Membership Application, along with your fee of $15.00. It is very important that you include your F.A.C.E membership number on your application. Please fully complete the application even if you think we have your info on file. $15.00 per year is a great deal for all that we get from TBACE! Hope to see you all at the next meeting.
TBACE also offers a scholarship for paid and active members to attend a FACE class level. For more information or to apply for the scholarship please complete the TBACE Class Scholarship Application.
