The CEOA of Palm Beach County holds bi-monthly luncheon meetings (at a nominal cost to the attendees) and bi-monthly training (no cost to attendees) which are usually approved for F.A.C.E. credits. All are welcome to attend these meetings/trainings.

CEOA Election announcement
Elections will be held at the Annual Business Meeting on March 28, 2017. If you are interested in running for office, please send a short bio with a statement of how you believe your service will benefit the organization to Secretary, Cindy Drake firstname.lastname@example.org.
All members are invited to become involved with the operation of the organization. The positions of President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary as well as 2 Board of Director seats are available. The bios and a ballot will be sent out prior to the meeting. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the meeting. Membership MUST be current to be placed on the ballot. If you are not sure of your membership status, contact Cindy Drake 561-753-2527. Feel free to contact any of the current Officers or Board Members if you have questions about serving.
Responsibilities of each Officer:
President sets the direction of the Board,
Vice President finds meeting places and schedules speakers, if there are continuing ed credits the VP submits the appropriate info to FACE through the institute of Government.
Treasurer accepts all monies for the Association, (membership fees, 50/50, raffle monies), pays any bills and manages accounts and prepares monthly Treasurer’s Reports.
Secretary keeps a membership list, an e-mail distribution list, minutes and other records of the Association. The Secretary sends out announcements of meetings, renewal notices and other correspondence as needed.
